Kaploosh LLC (“Kaploosh,” “we,” “our,” “us”) operates an online marketplace for buying and selling digital businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. By accessing or using Kaploosh, you consent to the practices described herein.
Special Handling of Legal Documents: Transaction-related documents are stored securely and are only accessed, processed, or shared as necessary to facilitate business sales, enforce contractual obligations, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, or resolve disputes. Kaploosh does not disclose such documents to third parties except (i) as directed by the parties to the transaction, (ii) as required by law, or (iii) to trusted service providers who assist in secure storage and processing.
Users retain full ownership and rights to all business and legal documents they upload, sign, or exchange through the Kaploosh Platform, including but not limited to NDAs, Letters of Intent (LOIs), Asset Purchase Agreements, and other contractual materials.
Kaploosh does not claim any ownership over these documents. Our role is limited to facilitating the secure storage, access, and transmission of such documents as necessary to support business transactions on the Platform. Except as required to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our Terms of Service, Kaploosh does not access, modify, or disclose user-owned transaction documents.
